Danielle Odom, also known as “DAYO" is enamored by the sounds and sights of music and the Entertainment Industry. She received a B.A in Popular Music at Florida Memorial University. Her love for music didn't stop there. In 2007 she, along with Adrianne Jefferson, founded Rhyme Fest. This was a two hour showcase of local and established conscious Hip Hop artists that displayed an affinity for the original elements of Hip Hop culture. She has worked on many awards shows particularly in the Hip Hop and Urban Genres. Ms. Odom was once the Stage Manager for all concerts and performances for the Lou Rawls Performing Arts Center in Miami, Fl. Dayo has also written columns pertaining to urban culture for the online newsletter High Frequency. She is currently working with artists such as SupaNOVASlom who is well known for his gritty yet spiritual and holistic approach to Hip Hop culture. Some of her musical inspirations include Donny Hathaway, Lauryn Hill and Mona Scott. She currently lives in New York City.
